1 Hour-Healing Coaching

Service Description

A coaching session designed to guide you on a journey of holistic recovery, incorporating mind body healing techniques and emotional and somatic processing to aid in your overall wellbeing and physical and mental health. I focus on meeting my clients where they are at. We will work on what is coming up for you presently and how we can move more into a healing state. I like to hold space for whatever it is you need to be release and the parts of yourself that needs to be heard. I can also offer tools and guidance based on my intuition and personal experience with healing myself and others. Pricing is based on sliding scale.
